Make ASYMMETRIC_PUBLIC_KEY_SUBTYPE select CRYPTO_SIG to avoid build
errors like the following, which were possible with
CONFIG_ASYMMETRIC_PUBLIC_KEY_SUBTYPE=y && CONFIG_CRYPTO_SIG=n:
