DSC divide by zero solution

Hi,

In some monitors with DSC a divide by zero has been reported and fixed 
in 6.10 by this commit.

130afc8a8861 ("drm/amd/display: Fix division by zero in setup_dsc_config")

Can you please bring it back to 5.15.y+?
