DCN 3.5 hang on boot

Hi,

APUs with DCN 3.5 are nominally supported with kernel 6.8 but are 
hitting a NULL pointer error at bootup.  It’s because of a VBIOS change 
to bump to a newer version (but same structure definition).

Can you please bring this to linux-6.8.y?
