This is the start of the stable review cycle for the 6.8.7 release. There are 172 patches in this series, all will be posted as a response to this one. Hi, 6.8.7-rc1 is running fine on various x86_64 bare metal and virtual machines of mine (Haswell, Kaby Lake, Coffee Lake).
