FWIW, I've just picked your patch for 2.6.32.64 (commit 1608ea5f4). I have
avoided all the other ones because this file has received 101 changes since
the last one committed into 2.6.32. If you need any other one, please let
me know as I'm not upgrading such device IDs by default without request.
