[PATCH 5.10 195/202] gpio: vf610: make irq_chip immutable

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

5.10-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Alexander Stein <alexander.stein@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

[ Upstream commit e6ef4f8ede09f4af7cde000717b349b50bc62576 ]

Since recently, the kernel is nagging about mutable irq_chips:

"not an immutable chip, please consider fixing it!"

Drop the unneeded copy, flag it as IRQCHIP_IMMUTABLE, add the new
helper functions and call the appropriate gpiolib functions.
