We currently wrongly clear the NETDEV_LED_MODE_LINKUP flag on NETDEV_CHANGENAME event. Fix this by rechecking if the carrier is ok on NETDEV_CHANGENAME and correctly set the NETDEV_LED_MODE_LINKUP bit.
