Christoph, there's something wrong with your queues. All the patches
that were based on 3.18-rc1 in drivers-for-3.18 and core-for-3.18 seem
to have vanished when you rebased the branches to 3.18-rc2. The
content is now:

Anish Bhatt (1):
      libcxgbi : support ipv6 address host_param

Christoph Hellwig (2):
scsi: set REQ_QUEUE for the blk-mq case
Revert "block: all blk-mq requests are tagged"

Don Brace (1):
MAINTAINERS: change hpsa and cciss maintainer

Santosh Y (1):
      MAINTAINERS: ufs - remove self

Tony Battersby (1):
lib/scatterlist: fix memory leak with scsi-mq

I've recovered all the old stuff from my original for-next, but could
you fix your queues?

Thanks,

James
