Thank you for this notification!

With the same reasons as the ones explained in my email for the same
patch but for v5.15, here for v5.10, we also don't need to backport this
commit 4a0b866a3f7d ("selftests: mptcp: join: skip test if iptables/tc
cmds fail").

So no need to do anything here.
