I submitted it to stable instead of this:

That find by Roman discovered that even though NET_DMA was marked
broken we were still attempting to pin pages for dma offload.  So
rather than apply the band-aid to fix that leak plus another band-aid
to disable pinning I decided it would be better to kill the whole
thing with fire properly.

I can make a smaller patch to add ifdef NET_DMA around the code that
should not live.  NET_DMA depends on BROKEN in -stable.
