Patch "mei: bus: fix possible boundaries violation" has been added to the 3.16-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    mei: bus: fix possible boundaries violation

to the 3.16-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     mei-bus-fix-possible-boundaries-violation.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.16 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

function 'strncpy' will fill whole buffer 'id.name' of fixed size (32)
with string value and will not leave place for NULL-terminator.
Possible buffer boundaries violation in following string operations.
Replace strncpy with strlcpy.
