FAILED: patch "[PATCH] ahci_xgene: Removing NCQ support from the APM X-Gene SoC AHCI" failed to apply to 3.16-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.16-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

This patch removes the NCQ support from the APM X-Gene SoC AHCI
Host Controller driver as it doesn't support it.
