Subject: [PATCH] btrfs: replace strncpy() with strscpy()

Using strncpy() on NUL-terminated strings are deprecated. To avoid
possible forming of non-terminated string strscpy() should be used.

Found by Linux Verification Center (linuxtesting.org) with SVACE.
