Subject: powerpc/cpuidle: Fix parsing of idle state flags from device-tree

From: Vaidyanathan Srinivasan <svaidy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

commit 95707d852856aec1cbdad1873ff2dc5161a5cb91 upstream.
