Hi Greg,

My mistake, the patch did not identify the regression source.

It is a regression fix for:

commit afdba32e2a9ea729a9f9f280dbf6c718773c7ded
Author: Jason Gunthorpe <jgunthorpe@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
Date: Tue Nov 26 13:30:40 2013 -0700

tpm: Pull everything related to /dev/tpmX into tpm-dev.c

And that commit is not in 3.10

Regards,
Jason
