FAILED: patch "[PATCH] io_uring: correct pinned_vm accounting" failed to apply to 5.15-stable tree

If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] io_uring: correct pinned_vm accounting

->mm_account should be released only after we free all registered
buffers, otherwise __io_sqe_buffers_unregister() will see a NULL
->mm_account and skip locked_vm accounting.
