[PATCH 5.18 0600/1095] iio: adc: ad7768-1: Fix alignment for DMA safety

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

From: Jonathan Cameron <Jonathan.Cameron@xxxxxxxxxx>

[ Upstream commit 211f810f8fae05c1f78e531b2b113ea1ab3d1ce7 ]

____cacheline_aligned is an insufficient guarantee for non-coherent DMA
on platforms with 128 byte cachelines above L1. Switch to the updated
IIO_DMA_MINALIGN definition.

Update the comment to reflect that separate cachelines 'may' be
required.
