Thanks for report! So apparently you are missing commit
22b106e535 ("block: fix bio_clone_blkg_association() to associate with
proper blkcg_gq") from upstream. Now I can see it didn't get included into
5.15-stable tree and I didn't notice. I'll send it for inclusion. Thanks
