Patch "Staging: bcm: Create and initialize new device id in InterfaceInit" has been added to the 3.4-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    Staging: bcm: Create and initialize new device id in InterfaceInit

to the 3.4-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     staging-bcm-create-and-initialize-new-device-id-in-interfaceinit.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.4 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

This patch create and initalizes a new device
id of 0x172 as reported by Rinat Camalov
<richman1000000d@xxxxxxxxx>. In addition, a
comment is added to the potential invalid
existing device id.
