One other heads-up is wrt to commit 8846bab:

   scsi_cmnd: Introduce scsi_transfer_length helper (v3.15+)

which has introduced a separate regression reported by Christoph (CC'ed)
in iscsi_tcp here:

I believe Christoph has queued up a fix by Martin below to address the
issue, so this patch will need to be included in v3.15.3 as well.
