Subject: [PATCH] EDAC/synopsys: Fix wrong value type assignment for edac_mode

dimm->edac_mode contains values of type enum edac_type - not the
corresponding capability flags. Fix that.

Issue caught by Coverity check "enumerated type mixed with another
type."
