Patch "xen/p2m: Collapse early_alloc_p2m_middle redundant checks." has been added to the 3.4-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    xen/p2m: Collapse early_alloc_p2m_middle redundant checks.

to the 3.4-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     xen-p2m-collapse-early_alloc_p2m_middle-redundant-checks.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.4 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it.

At the start of the function we were checking for idx != 0
and bailing out. And later calling extend_brk if idx != 0.

That is unnecessary so remove that checks.
