FAILED: patch "[PATCH] Tools: hv: Handle the case when the target file exists" failed to apply to 3.14-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.14-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Return the appropriate error code and handle the case when the target
file exists correctly. This fixes a bug.
