Commit d82755b2e781 ("KVM: arm64: Kill off CONFIG_KVM_ARM_HOST") deletes
CONFIG_KVM_ARM_HOST option, it should use CONFIG_KVM instead.

Just remove CONFIG_KVM_ARM_HOST here.
