Whoops, this got mangled on its way to tip.  This should be:

Fixes: 2a36ab717e8f ("rseq/membarrier: Add
MEMBARRIER_CMD_PRIVATE_EXPEDITED_RSEQ")

and this patch does not need to be backported.
