Clang 9 threw:
warning: format specifies type 'unsigned short' but the argument has \
type 'int' [-Wformat]
                typeflags, PORT_BASE, PORT_BASE + port_off);

Tested: make -C tools/testing/selftests TARGETS="net" run_tests
