This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled iwlwifi: fix TX status for aggregated packets to the 3.10-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary The filename of the patch is: iwlwifi-fix-tx-status-for-aggregated-packets.patch and it can be found in the queue-3.10 subdirectory. If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it. >From 143582c6847cb285b361804c613127c25de60ca4 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Tue, 25 Feb 2014 10:37:15 +0100 Subject: iwlwifi: fix TX status for aggregated packets From: Johannes Berg <johannes.berg@xxxxxxxxx> commit 143582c6847cb285b361804c613127c25de60ca4 upstream. Only the first packet is currently handled correctly, but then all others are assumed to have failed which is problematic. Fix this, marking them all successful instead (since if they're not then the firmware will have transmitted them as single frames.) This fixes the lost packet reporting. Also do a tiny variable scoping cleanup.
