Hm... these failed due to a bug in libbpf-0.0.3-1.fc31, which has been
fixed in libbpf-0.0.5-1.fc31. Bodhi shows it as already pushed to
stable [1], so I don't understand why the old 0.0.3-1 version was
installed here...
