I've fixed it up and queued it for 4.19, 4.14, 4.9, and 4.4. I ended up
taking 078b5fd92c491 ("NFS: Clean up list moves of struct nfs_page")
just because it made the backport cleaner (and it's indeed a nice
cleanup).
