I believe this is related to ipv6 administratively disabled on this system, so it's a false positive and can be ignored. I've temporarily set the test to waived status while we find a solution, either re-enabling ipv6 on affected systems or blacklisting these systems if serge-testsuite (or other tests
which depend on ipv6) are triggered in kpet.
