Anton/Greg,

I think there is no need to apply this patch to 3.10 since 3.10 doesn't have device_init_wakeup() handling.

3.10 could use kobject_set_name() instead of dev_set_name(), but this change is a cleanup only change, and isn't appropriate for stable. If you think it is please let me know, I can send a patch in for stable that does that.
