FAILED: patch "[PATCH] cpufreq: preserve user_policy across suspend/resume" failed to apply to 3.12-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.12-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Prevent __cpufreq_add_dev() from overwriting the existing values of
user_policy.{min|max|policy|governor} with defaults during resume
from system suspend.
