I have run the 4.9 patch set on the full TAHI test sweet.
Similar to 4.14, it does fix all the IPv6 frag header issues.
But the "change MTU" mesg routing is still broken.
Overall, it fixes what it was intended to fix, so I suggest it move
toward release.
