Apologies if this has already been reported but our CI noticed a build
error on arm64 on 4.9.163 due to commit 1e8e52342060 ("net: hns: Fix
for missing of_node_put() after of_parse_phandle()").

Commit d20dc1493db4 ("of: Support const and non-const use for
to_of_node()") will resolve this and it applies cleanly with a
three way merge. I did a local test and it doesn't appear to
introduce any other build regressions I've added the
author/reviewer/maintainer to see if they have any objections.
