The commit that moved the PCIe node up in the Device Tree at the .dtsi
level was 14fd8ed0a7fd199131425fe9e802173c4ba6a4e9, merged for 3.12.
Therefore, I confirm that this patch should only be applied to
3.12-stable, and not 3.10-stable.
