This commit has already been backported to the 3.16 and 3.18 stable
branches, but is missing from the 4.4 branch. It has been in mainline
since 4.7.

arm64: mm: remove page_mapping check in __sync_icache_dcache
The commit doesn't apply cleanly to the 4.4 tree, but you can use
0868e8dd6384e454c4de80dad9167d48a9ca2987 instead, which is the
existing backport to 3.18.
