Hi, I want to ask for the changes in cd7f3a249dbe (rtc: snvs: Add timeouts to avoid kernel lockups) to be backported to the stable releases. The reason is, that this patch fixes a real bug, that can cause the kernel to lock up. I can reproduce this lockup reliably with an i.MX6UL, PREEMPTIVE_RT_FULL enabled and v4.14.89. Thanks, Frieder
