The vhost/vsock code was introduced in 4.8 so this fix is not needed
for 4.4.

I notice that this also failed to apply to 4.9.  If you pick commit
6c083c2b8a0a "vsock: lookup and setup guest_cid inside
vhost_vsock_lock" first then this should apply cleanly (with 1 line
fuzz for one hunk).
