[PATCH v4.14.y v2] serial: imx: restore handshaking irq for imx1

Back in 2015 when irda was dropped from the driver imx1 was broken. This
change reintroduces the support for the third interrupt of the UART.

Argh, I fixed the commit log for (implicit) v1 but failed to commit the
change before. So the first patch was as broken as the original :-|

This one is really fixed now.
