Add commit 716c7c32eae4 to 4.16 stable

Hi Greg,

Can you add:

  716c7c32eae4 ("crypto: ccp - add check to get PSP master only when PSP is detected")

to 4.16 stable.  This fixes an oops in the CCP module that also prevents
the AMD KVM module (kvm_amd) from being able to load.
