This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    arm64: entry: Explicitly pass exception level to kernel_ventry macro

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:

and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

We will need to treat exceptions from EL0 differently in kernel_ventry,
so rework the macro to take the exception level as an argument and
construct the branch target using that.
