This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    arm64: Allow checking of a CPU-local erratum

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:

The filename of the patch is:
     arm64-allow-checking-of-a-cpu-local-erratum.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

this_cpu_has_cap() only checks the feature array, and not the errata
one. In order to be able to check for a CPU-local erratum, allow it
to inspect the latter as well.

This is consistent with cpus_have_cap()'s behaviour, which includes
errata already.
