Now in mainline as commit c04ffa71ff49 upstream.
The mainline patch has "Cc: stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx", but it doesn't
seem to have appeared in stable yet, and I've verified that it applies
cleanly to linux-4.15.y and linux-4.14.y.
