Patch "drm/radeon: Don't turn off DP sink when disconnected" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    drm/radeon: Don't turn off DP sink when disconnected

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     drm-radeon-don-t-turn-off-dp-sink-when-disconnected.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,

Turning off the sink in this case causes various issues, because
userspace expects it to stay on until it turns it off explicitly.

Instead, turn the sink off and back on when a display is connected
again. This dance seems necessary for link training to work correctly.
