Patch "selftests/x86/pkeys: Remove unused functions" has been added to the 4.9-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    selftests/x86/pkeys: Remove unused functions

to the 4.9-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     selftests-x86-pkeys-remove-unused-functions.patch
and it can be found in the queue-4.9 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it.

This also gets rid of two build warnings:

  protection_keys.c: In function ‘dumpit’:
  protection_keys.c:419:3: warning: ignoring return value of ‘write’, declared with attribute warn_unused_result [-Wunused-result]
     write(1, buf, nr_read);
