This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled usb: host: ehci: use correct device pointer for dma ops to my usb git tree which can be found at git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/gregkh/usb.git in the usb-linus branch. The patch will show up in the next release of the linux-next tree (usually sometime within the next 24 hours during the week.) The patch will hopefully also be merged in Linus's tree for the next -rc kernel release. If you have any questions about this process, please let me know. >From 02a10f061a3f8bca1b37332672f50a107198adbe Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Peter Chen <hzpeterchen@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Thu, 1 Feb 2018 12:26:43 +0800 Subject: usb: host: ehci: use correct device pointer for dma ops commit a8c06e407ef9 ("usb: separate out sysdev pointer from usb_bus") converted to use hcd->self.sysdev for DMA operations instead of hcd->self.controller, but forgot to do it for hcd test mode. Replace the correct one in this commit.
