The fix is now in Jiri's tree and if nothing goes wrong, the commit-id will be 19872d20c890073c5207d9e02bb8f14d451a11eb It is marked as "for-3.12/upstream-fixes" so should go to Linus soon. I will monitor this and let you know once it is in (as it isn't marked for stable, either).
