The patch below does not apply to the 4.14-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit

Subject: [PATCH] fix "netfilter: xt_bpf: Fix XT_BPF_MODE_FD_PINNED mode of
 'xt_bpf_info_v1'"

Descriptor table is a shared object; it's not a place where you can
stick temporary references to files, especially when we don't need
an opened file at all.
