FAILED: patch "[PATCH] [media] usbtv: Throw corrupted frames away" failed to apply to 3.11-stable tree

The patch below does not apply to the 3.11-stable tree.
If someone wants it applied there, or to any other stable or longterm
tree, then please email the backport, including the original git commit
id to <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.

Subject: [PATCH] [media] usbtv: Throw corrupted frames away

Ignore out of order data and mark incomplete buffers as errored.
This gets rid of annoying flicker due to occassional garbage from hardware.
