Patch "xhci: fix port BESL LPM capability checking" has been added to the 3.11-stable tree

This is a note to let you know that I've just added the patch titled

    xhci: fix port BESL LPM capability checking

to the 3.11-stable tree which can be found at:
    http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summary

The filename of the patch is:
     xhci-fix-port-besl-lpm-capability-checking.patch
and it can be found in the queue-3.11 subdirectory.

If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree,
please let <stable@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> know about it.

Wrong capability bit was checked for best effort service latency.
bit 20 indicate port is BESL LPM capable (BLC),
bit 19 is hardware LPM capable (HLC)

This patch should be backported to kernels as old as 3.11, that
contain the commit a558ccdcc71c7770c5e80c926a31cfe8a3892a09 "usb: xhci:
add USB2 Link power management BESL support"
